We want you to love everything you get from Sweet N Sassy 828, but if something’s off, here’s the deal:

🚫 No Refunds on Custom Transfers & Tees

Since our DTF transfers and T-shirts are made to order, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. (We wish we could read minds, but we’re still working on that superpower.)

✅ When We’ll Make It Right:

We’re not monsters. If we mess up, like:

• Wrong size, design, or item shipped

• Item arrives damaged (thanks, postal gremlins)

• Your transfer self-destructs for no reason

Just let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

📦 Lost Packages

If your order gets lost in shipping land, we’ll help track it down. But once it’s marked as "delivered," it's officially out of our hands. Check with your neighbors, mailbox, or local post office before sounding the alarm.
