At Sweet N Sassy 828, we know you want your awesome stuff yesterday. While we haven’t figured out teleportation yet, here’s how we get your goodies to you as fast as possible.

📦 Processing Time

• Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days after payment clears.

• Custom orders may take an extra day or two, because perfection takes time.

(Weekends and holidays don’t count—sorry, we like naps too.)

🚀 Shipping Time

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

• Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping times depend on your location and the mood of the postal service. Once your package leaves our hands, we can’t control the speed, but we’ll keep you updated with tracking info.

💰 Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

📍 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked as “Delivered,” it’s officially out of our hands. If it’s MIA, check with your neighbors or local post office first. Still no luck? Reach out, and we’ll see what magic we can work.
